Lord, bring peace into this moment. Calm hearts and soften words. Protect this baby, M, with love, patience, and safety.

Break any and all unhealthy family patterns, Lord. Help us not repeat past habits of frustration, control, rage or miscommunication. Give the sisters understanding of each other’s hearts, and help them see one another with patience and grace instead of jumping to offense.

Let love, grace, and understanding guide every interaction. In Jesus’ name, amen.
