Please pray that my school will grant my work extension request for the time that I need to get the work done and the energy that I need to get the work completed and be present for my wife and daughters. My wife and I are preparing for our next chapter in our lives. We are preparing to move back to be closer to the grandkids. I just pray to God that he will see us through this and make it as smooth as possible. In Jesus mighty name Amen. I am asking for complete restoration and healing in my body and mind. I've been struggling with thyroid/heart issues which has led to depression and anxiety. Prayers also for my current living situation that God is opening up new doors and opportunities so I can move soon. Amen and thank you in Jesus! I am just now understanding what it means to strive to be a fully-trained disciple of Christ at 43, after coming to Jesus when I was 18. I'm helping lead a men's group at my church, and I'd just ask prayer for wisdom, guidance and boldness to speak what the Lord would lay on my heart. That they be His words, not my feelings. I just don't want to waste anymore time being successful at all the wrong things. Today I would like to ask for prayers. I have been battling a drug addiction since I was 17. I am currently 29 years old and 7 days sober today. 7 days sober and not a single urge since I got back on track with my faith and relationship with Christ. If you don’t mind praying that I continue to win this battle with my addiction because through Christ I can accomplish anything. My youngest son, 27 was making a lot of money selling pot and decided to stop He dedicate his life to Christ and got baptized about 6 months ago. He and his wife (and 2 preschool boys) have been attending a strong church for about a year. Since he's not making the same money that he was, they are struggling financially. Their mortgage is realistic, and they don't have bills beyond that, utilities, and car insurance. He works as a personal trainer at a higher end gym, but he only makes money when he's training. Summer is slow for that industry and they're really having a hard time. They have a couple other small businesses (legal) but it still isn't enough. He hasn't said anything about selling "agricultural products" again, but that would be the natural temptation for most in that situation. Please pray for God's provision, direction and peace for them, and for him as the head of his household. Thank you. God has answered the prayer request that I sent out last week. It looks like we are going to be able to use the main court for our tryouts. Now I just have to be wise and pick the best athletes for our team. I need them all to show up and give their best effort. I gave my life to jesus and its amazing. The spiritual warfare is new to me though and its too much, please pray for me to keep him fighting my battles. We begin our volleyball season on August 1st, I need my girls to have hearts that are humble, minds that are teachable, and spirits that are driven to work hard, stay committed, and honor their team by being present and on time. Though our skills are few, may their growth be swift and their efforts multiplied, that they may rise together with strength and unity May all we do bring glory to God Please pray that we are able to sell our home. We have not had anyone looking. We need to sell to be able to have a nursery for our future grandchild. We found out Saturday that our daughter is expecting our first grandchild. Michael
